By using the JIRA Time Tracker extension (hereinafter — "Extension"), you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Extension.

2. Service Description

JIRA Time Tracker is a Chrome browser extension that allows you to track time spent on Jira tasks without automatic worklog recording. The Extension provides the ability to manually export data, integrate with Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Mattermost.

3. Use of the Extension

3.1. Permitted Use

You may use the Extension for:

• Tracking time spent on Jira tasks
• Collecting statistics on projects and tasks
• Integrating with services you choose (Jira, Google, Mattermost)
• Exporting data to Google Sheets

3.2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Use the Extension for illegal purposes
• Attempt to bypass or compromise the Extension's security
• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the Extension
• Use the Extension in a way that may harm other users or services

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Extension may integrate with third-party services (Jira, Google, Mattermost). Use of these integrations is governed by the terms of service of the respective services.

You are responsible for:

• Complying with the terms of service of integrated services
• Security of your credentials for these services
• Data you transmit through integrations

5. Disclaimer

The Extension is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted operation of the Extension
• Absence of errors or failures
• Compatibility with all versions of Chrome and Jira
• Accuracy of data obtained through integrations

You use the Extension at your own risk. We are not responsible for:

• Data loss resulting from use of the Extension
• Problems arising from third-party integrations
• Any damage caused by use of the Extension

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Extension, including code, design, logos, and documentation, belong to the developers. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Extension without permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through Extension updates or on this page.

Continued use of the Extension after changes are made constitutes your agreement to the new terms.

8. Termination of Use

You may stop using the Extension at any time by removing it from your browser. Upon removal, all local data will be deleted.

We reserve the right to discontinue providing the Extension or restrict access to it in case of violation of these terms.
